Simply  apply directly on to your wet hair starting at the top and working down towards the ends. Leave it in for a few minutes to maximise the nourishment. Rinse out.

The formula for this incredible and unique bar of shampoo was discovered loosely placed in an old New England Cookbook many years ago by J.R.LIGGETT. This is the cornerstone of our fine line of bar shampoos that over the years has proven itself over and over to a countless number of loyal users.

This is attested to by the number of years it has been on the market. Its 100% vegetable oil formulation lathers quickly, cleans well, and rinses out easily, leaving you with healthy, beautiful, and clean hair. It will not strip the natural oils from your hair (there are no detergents). For this reason, most people do not need a conditioner!

It just smells clean.

Sunflower Oil

Sunflower oil is packed with essential vitamins, nutrients and minerals that have been shown to stimulate natural hair growth and prevent early hair loss. It also has wonderful moisturizing and conditioning properties and aids in protecting your hair from damaging ultraviolet light.

Our newest 3.5 oz. shampoo bar addition has organic, luscious, moisturizing, sweet-scented, delicious Virgin Coconut Oil (but don’t eat the bar!). Retains hair moisture, and keeps hair soft and shiny.

We also added organic Argan Oil, a new “wonder oil”, extracted by hand from the nut of the Argan tree, which is found mostly in Morocco. Argan oil gives new life to dry, tangled, flyaway hair and restores smoothness, strengthens, and gives your hair luster and shine. It has properties similar to Jojoba Oil, but has its own dramatic enhancing performance properties. Argan oil hydrates hair and is outstanding for uncontrollable, curly, unmanageable hair.

Vitamin E is also added and is excellent for color treated hair.

Vitamin E - Aloe Vera - Almond Oil are added to our original shampoo formulation to moisturize and aid in the healing and restoration of damaged dry hair. These ingredients help to add back some of the natural oils that have been lost along the way by those who have colored, permed, or otherwise damaged their hair.

This bar of shampoo is also great for cold winter climates where, through lack of humidity, everything dries out.

Rosemary
