• Makes 12 muffins
• Ready in 25 minutes
• Just add eggs and coconut cream
• The goodness of 3 large beetroot and a large handful of blueberries inside
• No refined sugar or preservatives

Ingredients list:

Gluten-Free Flour [Rice Flour, Potato Starch, Tapioca Starch, Thickener (Xanthan Gum)], Coconut Sugar, Cocoa Powder (16%), Beetroot Powder (13%), Blueberry, Fruit Powder (9%), Baking Powder [Raising Agents (450, 500)].

Tips

The muffins can be made in half mixes. Just use half the ingredients to mix in.   Then keep the rest of the pack sealed in a cool, dry place.

You can freeze the muffins. Let them defrost naturally and keep in the fridge.

You can use yoghurt instead of coconut cream, try to use a yoghurt with no added sugar.

Eggs can be replaced with one medium banana.

• The goodness of 12 pumpkins and a large apple inside
• No refined sugar or preservatives

Ingredients list:

Wheat Flour, Pumpkin Powder (14.7%), Apple Powder (9.8%), Baking Powder [Raising Agents (450, 500)].

Tips

Wheat Flour, Oats, Chocolate Swirls (16%), Cacao, Coconut Sap Suage, Dessicated Coconut (11%), Kumara Powder (9%), Chia Seeds, Sweetener (Monk Fruit Juice Powder).

Tips

Butter can be replaced with vegan butter, coconut oil or coconut butter. Margarine is not recommended.
