- 1 cup cashews (soaked in water for 20 minutes then drained and rinsed)
- ½ cup orange bell pepper chopped
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup nutritional yeast flakes
- 1 Tablespoon flaxseeds
- ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon red miso paste
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- ½ Tablespoon lemon juice
- ½ Tablespoon coconut aminos
Directions:
- Place all ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
- Option: Top with chopped tomatoes and/or jalapeños.
