Ingredients
- 
1 ½ cups heavy whipping cream or non-dairy whipping cream 
- 
2 Tbsp. cacao 
- 
½ cup confectioner’s sugar of choice 
- 
Raspberries, chocolate and/or mint for garnish 
Preparation
- 
Place a glass bowl in freezer for at least an hour. 
- 
Once the bowl has chilled, add in heavy whipping cream and beat until frothy and slightly thickened. 
- 
Add in confectioner’s sugar, cacao and protein powder. Mix again, carefully, until stiff peaks form. 
- 
Spoon into a plastic bag with piping tip. 
- 
Pipe into bowls and garnish with raspberries, mint and shaved chocolate.
