These are perfect as a grab-n-go snack or an anytime treat that not only is yummy, but chock full of healthy ingredients.
Serves: 10-12
Ingredients
Use Organic if possible:
-
1 cup Gluten-free Quick Oats
-
¾ cup unsweetened peanut butter or any nut or seed butter
-
1/3 cup maple syrup
-
2 scoops Garden of Life Creamy Protein with Oatmilk, Chocolate Brownie
-
2 ½ Tbsp. Coconut Oil
-
½ cup chocolate chips (of your choice)
Preparation
-
Place all ingredients except chocolate chips into a food processor using the “s” blade and process until batter sticks together (you can mix everything together in a bowl using a wooden spoon too—just melt the coconut oil first).
-
Fold in chocolate chips, then press batter into an 8x8 or smaller pan and refrigerate for at least an hour before cutting into bars.
-
Store bars in refrigerator for up to 10 days.
