Serves: 4-6

  • 2 cups unsalted and unroasted cashews, soaked for 1 hour then rinsed and drained

  • 1 scoop Garden of Life Creamy Protein with Oatmilk, Chocolate Brownie

  • 1 cup almond milk

  • ⅓ cup cacao

  • ½ cup maple syrup

  • 3 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Coconut Oil

  • 1 tsp. vanilla

  • Pinch of sea salt

  • ½ cup chopped salted and roasted cashews

  1. Place all ingredients except roasted cashews into a high-speed blender and blend until very smooth. Add more almond milk if needed to get texture right.

  2. Pour into a bread loaf pan and then mix in roasted cashews and freeze overnight.

  3. Let ice cream sit out at room temperature for about 10 minutes before scooping out and serving (this will get you the right texture and make it easier to scoop out).
